"Pretty easy to use overall"
I tried 321zips.com and it was sorta easy to figure out quickly. I didn’t have to click around a ton, and the pages loaded just fine for me. It’s not perfect or anything, but overall it made looking up zip info simple.

I had a smooth experience managing my account on 321zips.com. Updating my details and checking my info was straightforward, and I didn’t have to dig through a bunch of confusing menus to figure things out.
I only needed to make one update later, but it saved right away, which makes me feel like the site is probably reliable for basic account stuff in general. Simple, quick, and did exactly what I needed, so I’d give it 5 stars

I reached out to support a few days ago because I needed help with an issue, and I kept checking my email in between work and other stuff, but I still haven’t gotten a proper reply. I get that teams can be busy, but waiting this long without any real update has been frustrating.

ZIPS Cleaners has been fast for me tbh. Pages load quick and I didn’t really get stuck waiting around, which is nice. I found what I needed without much hassle. It did slow down once when I was clicking between pages, but nothing major. Overall, speed is solid. 4 stars from me.

"Data just wasn’t very reliable"
I used ZIPS Cleaners to look up some ZIP code info, and a few of the results just didn’t seem right. Some city names looked outdated, and one ZIP code I checked was listed under the wrong county.

The site itself is easy to use, but if the info isn’t accurate, it’s just hard to fully trust it. It might be fine for a quick check, but I probably wouldn’t use it for anything important.

The API is fine most days and usually gets the job done, but the slow response times can be frustrating. When errors pop up, they’re not always clear, so I end up spending extra time trying to figure out what went wrong. after dealing with it for a while, it can feel mentally draining...

"Not really worth the price for me"
I tried 321zips.com because I needed something quick, and while it technically did the job, I didn’t feel like it was worth what I paid. The pricing seemed high for the actual experience, some of the communication around what I was getting wasn’t very clear, which was annoying.
There are cheaper options out there that feel about the same to me. Maybe it makes more sense if you’re using it constantly, but for a one-off or occasional need, I just didn’t see the value.
